1. Overview of Services
Nexa is a Full-Stack AI Business Agent that helps SMEs manage money, inventory, bookings, and growth through conversational AI automation. Nexa provides the following key features:
- AI Conversational Interface: Manage your business through natural voice or text commands like "I sold 3 items for ₦15,000" or "Create an invoice for John"
- Expense and Income Management: Track and categorize all business transactions automatically
- AI-Powered Insights: Gain detailed reports and intelligent recommendations on business performance
- Invoices: Create, send, and manage invoices seamlessly through conversation or manual entry
- Customer Management: Store and manage customer information and transactions
- Employee Management: Track employee-related financial activities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage product listings through simple commands
- Bookings: Create and manage appointment bookings, generate booking widgets for your website, and connect Google Calendar for automatic synchronization
- Bank Statement Sync using AI: Automatically sync and categorize bank transactions using AI
2. Subscription Plans & Fees
Nexa offers three subscription tiers to suit different business needs. All subscriptions are handled via Paystack for Nigeria and international users:
Free Plan
12 Expense entries, 12 Income entries, 12 Customer entries, Basic expense and income management
Pro Plan
Billed monthly at ₦5,000/month or $39/month. Includes unlimited expenses and income, unlimited customers, invoice management, bank synchronization, and advanced reporting
Enterprise Plan
Billed monthly at ₦10,000/month or $89/month. Everything in Pro, plus inventory management, employee management, bookings management, AI Voice Assistant, and AI-powered insights
Users may manage or cancel their subscription by visiting the Subscription section of the dashboard. Quarterly and yearly plans are available with discounts of 5% and 10% respectively.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments for Nexa subscriptions are securely processed through Paystack for users in Nigeria and internationally. Nexa does not store or handle user payment information directly.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date
- Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time by visiting the Subscription section of the Nexa dashboard
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Paystack's policies. Nexa does not issue refunds directly. All refund requests are processed by the payment platform used at the time of purchase
4. Account Creation & Security
To access Nexa's services, users must create an account and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Ensuring all provided business and financial data is accurate
- Complying with all financial and regulatory requirements
5. Data Sync & Privacy
Nexa provides secure synchronization features to help businesses manage financial and operational data efficiently. By enabling these features, users grant Nexa permission to securely access and process the necessary information.
Bank Statement Sync
- Nexa's AI-powered bank statement sync allows users to import and categorize transactions automatically
- All financial data is encrypted and protected under strict security protocols
- Nexa does not store or share banking credentials
- Users can disable bank syncing at any time within the app settings
Calendar & Gmail Sync
- Nexa allows businesses to connect Gmail accounts to enable calendar synchronization for bookings and appointments
- All calendar data is encrypted and processed under strict security protocols
- Nexa does not store or share Gmail or Google Calendar credentials
- Users can disable Gmail or calendar synchronization at any time within the app settings
- Appointments created through the booking widget will automatically sync with connected calendars if enabled
AI Conversational Data
- Conversations with Nexa's AI assistant are processed to understand and execute business commands
- Conversation data is stored securely and used to improve AI accuracy and personalization
- All conversational data is encrypted and protected with the same security standards as financial data
6. Data Ownership & Usage
Users retain full ownership of their financial data. Nexa only processes this data to provide bookkeeping, AI insights, and financial management services. Nexa will never sell or share user data without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitations of Liability
While Nexa strives to provide accurate financial insights and services, users acknowledge that:
- Nexa is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice
- Any business decisions based on Nexa insights are made at the user's discretion
- Nexa is not liable for financial losses due to misinterpretation of data or external factors beyond its control
- AI-generated insights and recommendations should be reviewed and validated by the user
8. Account Termination
Users may delete their Nexa account at any time. However, they must:
- Download or export necessary financial records before account deletion
- Ensure that all invoices, subscriptions, and financial records are settled
Nexa reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms of service, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.
9. Amendments to Terms
Nexa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
